How long we keep your data

DE C.V. “S2G Energy” company with address at 32 Carlos Darwin Street, 7th floor, Colonia Anzures, Miguel Hidalgo, CDMX, Mexico C.P. 11590, in compliance with the Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de Particulares (the “Law”), its Regulations and Guidelines, is responsible for the use and protection of your personal data and, in this regard, informs you that it collects and processes your personal data for the purposes set forth in this comprehensive Privacy Notice (the “Privacy Notice”).

II. Collection and Purposes of Personal Data Processing

S2G Energy requests and/or collects personal data personally or directly, through written or electronic means, whether through the completion of written or electronic forms and questionnaires, via the website, digital platforms, email, telephone, WhatsApp, or SMS, and mobile applications under the ownership of S2G Energy.

S2G Energy hereby informs you that, by accepting this Privacy Notice through this means, S2G Energy may collect, process, compile, and store your personal data in relation to the following categories: identification and contact data, employment data, financial, banking, and asset data, location and geolocation data, in terms of Personal Data Legislation.

Primary Purposes:

The primary purposes for which your data is collected are to provide electric vehicle charging station management and monitoring services. Maintain, develop, manage, control any financial transaction operation or solution for the service provided. Conduct market strategies and market segmentation, as well as conduct satisfaction surveys of our products and/or services to improve service and/or product quality. Provide advice, clarifications, and customer service.

Secondary Purposes:

The secondary purposes for which we collect your data are: marketing, promotion, commercial purposes, billing, collection, informing you about new products, services, or changes to them, available promotions; evaluate service quality; comply with obligations arising from the service provision; comply with applicable current legislation; respond to information requests from any authority, whether for investigations, statistics, or regulatory reports; address your comments related to service provision; send notices and information about our services; and contribute to the continuous improvement process.

III. Transfer of Personal Data

S2G Energy, without requiring the express prior consent of the Individual concerned, may disclose, disseminate, and/or transfer, both within the territory of the United Mexican States and abroad, the Personal Data provided or collected, in favor of its controlling companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and/or related entities, as well as to comply with legal provisions that require it, or when requested by national or foreign authorities.

Likewise, and subject to the purposes established in this Privacy Notice, S2G Energy may, without requiring the express prior consent of the Individual concerned, disclose, disseminate, and/or transfer, both within the territory of the United Mexican States and abroad, the Personal Data provided or collected, in favor of suppliers, contractors, sponsors, advertisers, and/or business partners. Such third parties shall be obliged to comply with this Privacy Notice, as well as with the current and applicable legislation in the United Mexican States.

If you do not express your opposition to the transfer of your personal data, it will be understood that you have given your consent for it.

IV. Means to Exercise Your Rightss

In all cases where legally applicable, you may exercise your ARCO rights (access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition) regarding the processing of the personal data provided, as well as revoke the consent granted in this document, for which you must follow the procedure established in this section:

1. Send an email and contact us through the email address contacto@s2g.energy; the procedure and requirements that your request must contain in accordance with the provisions of the Law and its Regulations: (i) Name and address (ii) document proving your identity, copy of a valid official identification (iii) clear description of the personal data to which you wish to access through ARCO rights (access, rectify, cancel, or oppose).
2. We will process requests within a maximum of 20 (twenty) business days from the date of receipt of the request; if the request is valid, it will be processed within 15 (fifteen) business days following the notification of the response, which will be sent to the email address from which the request was sent.
3. Similarly, we inform you that, in terms of the Law and its Regulations, you may initiate the ARCO Rights Protection procedure before the Instituto Federal de Acceso a la Información y Protección de Datos Personales (IFAI), within 15 days following the date of response to your request and if the response is not satisfactory, or if the specified term has elapsed without a response to your request.

V. Personal Data Storage Period

The Personal Data provided by Individuals that are in the possession of S2G Energy will be stored for a period of five (5) years from the date they were collected. After the aforementioned period, all Personal Data will be purged from S2G Energy’s database, with the aim of ensuring and preserving the interests of the Individuals.

For this purpose, S2G Energy will publish such modifications on the website www.s2g.energy and will indicate the date of the latest version of the Privacy Notice, therefore, we suggest that Individuals visit it periodically in order to be informed if there is any change or modification to the Privacy Notice./p>

Notices of modification or change to this Privacy Notice will be published on the website www.s2g.energy at least 5 (five) business days in advance of the effective date of the modified Privacy Notice.
